Portugal, Spain and Morrocco Travel Planning - Input please!

Hi all! This summer I will be a foreign exchange student in Portugal and have decided to give myself two weeks of solo travel before the program begins. I am just looking for some input and opinions from other more experienced travellers on my itenary and plans.

Note: I will be backpacking. All my flights have already been purchased (Lisbon -> Marrakech, Marrakech -> Seville, Spain). I am also not too concerned with spending time in Portugal as I will be there for a few months+ after this initial 14 days; lots of time to explore.

Day 0: Arrive in Lisbon, Portugal at night. Check into hostel.

Day 1: Lisbon (maybe day visit to Sintra)

Day 2: Lisbon; Fly to Marrakech, Morrocco at night

Day 3: Marrakech - Desert Camp [tentative]

Day 4: Desert Camp [tentative]

Day 5: Desert Camp - Return to Marrakech [tentative]

Day 6: Marrakech

Day 7: Marrakech

Day 8: Marrakech

Day 9: Marrakech - Fly to Seville, Spain at night

Day 10: Seville

Day 11: Seville (day trip to Cordoba, Grenada, or Malagda if im up for it)

Day 12: Seville (day trip to Cordoba, Grenada, or Malagda if im up for it)

Day 13: Seville - Overnight bus back to Lisbon

Day 14: Arrive in Lisbon by Morning

As you can tell, I had initially planned to spend a significant portion of my time in Morrocco as I am not likely to travel to N. Africa any time soon due to costs and time; this was a great oppurtunity. I was also very keen on doing camping in the desert and camel riding.

With further research though, the desert camps seem to consist of 60% driving in and out of the desert and overspending on food at pre-picked restaurants. I now wonder if my time would be better spent visiting other cities in Morrocco like Fez (attracted by the historic charm). I am willing to adjust when I leave Morrocco as that was the cheapest flight between the two flights.

Please let me know your thoughts! and if you thing the desert camp is worth the dedicated time!
