Help with Indonesia trip

Hi, I want to solo travel to Indonesia for two weeks. From my research there are a lot of itineraries that involve full time trekking, swimming and lots of nature in general. I am more of a city vibe. Ideally I would love to move from one city to another and do day trips (nature, water activities, even trekking), i am also into food and sightseeing. Could you please recommend me few cities that would allow me to do what I just described for two weeks?
