How do I Elevate my eye area?

First pic is me with light makeup and the second I’m bare faced. I want to ask how to I elevate my eye area? Especially my eyelashes? Should I get lashes or should I try to grow them naturally instead? I would like methods that make my eyelashes look longer that are the least damaging since my eyelashes are short already? Any advice will be appreciated.
