Any experience with the Sibiu International Theater Festival or Romanian Sânzienele

Trying to finalize my summer Budapest-Transylvania trip and am looking to be there probably June 18th - 27th. Anyone have any experience with the Sibiu International Theater Festival? Is it worth going to just to walk around and view the street performances; then just hitting up some Pubs at night. And if so how many days would you say is worth being there vs Brasov? Was thinking something like two days in Sibiu and three in Brasov.

Also I see that the Romanian Midsummer festivals should be on the 24th and is called Sânzienele, but there seems to be very little English information about it online. Is this something that isn’t really celebrated anymore in Romania or is it only certain cities that may still celebrate it?
