Help: Keeping my rooster cool in 40-50+°C heat wave?

Temps here are already 40°C and heat waves hit 50°C+. I’m not letting my pet rooster go outside because of the heat, so he’s staying indoors and dust bathing in soil pots. What should I do to keep him comfortable? Don’t want him suffering this summer.
