REVO face genie reviews? how long do the results last?

im about to turn 46 and im trying to pay a lot more attention to my skincare routine. im debating whether or not to get a REVO face genie wand. I’m interested in RLT but not sure about the efficacy and have read that not all red light is created equal,. does anyone have personal experience with this wand? especially curious to hear from anyone who has been using it for at least a month, are there results and do they last? my goals are to reduce fine lines, and improve the texture of my skin. its been looking dull and lifeless
