México, Belize, Guatemala Itinerary Recommendations

Hi everyone,

I’m currently planning a trip to central america in november 2026 and would love to get some feedback on my current itinerary. For reference: I am m/25 and would like to mainly sleep in hostels. I have some experience from backpacking SEA and would love to experience similar vibes here and there.

⁠1. Does this route make sense logistically? Are the travel times between cities realistic?

1. Is it too stressful? I enjoy seeing a lot, but I don’t want to spend my entire vacation just sitting in trains/cars or rushing from one landmark to the next.

2. What should I adjust? Are there any places where I’m staying too long, or not long enough?

3. Am I missing any highlights?

4. What about safety concern along the route?

I’m open to any suggestions, whether it’s regarding the pace, specific locations, or local travel tips.
