Was hesitant about Air India, but their Business Class service just blew me away (JFK-BOM-TRV)

I just wrapped up a long journey from New York to Trivandrum via Mumbai. I’ve heard the mixed reviews about Air India, but I have to give a massive shoutout to the crew.

The service was incredibly intuitive. On the flight from Mumbai, the flight attendant noticed I hadn't finished my meal (it wasn't quite to my taste) and proactively offered a different option before I even asked. She also recommended their cappuccino, which was legit, and even brought a second cup because I liked it so much.

On the JFK leg, I had just woken up and started a movie when an FA appeared with popcorn—such a thoughtful touch. Throughout both flights, multiple flight attendants were constantly checking in on me.

I’m now a fan of the Air India hospitality. It’s these little moments that make a 15+ hour journey actually enjoyable.
