Numbing before a wax

I have a pretty low pain tolerance and I’ve decided to schedule a waxing appointment next week and I need advice on whether to go with numbing cream or spray when it comes to waxing. I know the waxers experience plays a large part in the pain but that’s not enough for me to have an okay experience.
