Waterproof lip liners that actually stay on.

I’m in dyer need of a lip liner/tint that actually stays on and is waterproof. I find after having one drink or bite of something that’s not oily my lip look has vanished. I looked into different brands and gel type liners but still no luck. I recently saw the Sacheu Lip Liner STAY-N had a good ish review but then so has evethung else I’ve tried. Any advice or recommendations?
