Wedding Photos - What's a normal delivery time?

Hey all - don't want to give too many details initially in case the photographer is on here - but I've been waiting a good while for my wedding photos. 6+ months. I've reached out to the sisters (photographer and videographer) constantly, and it's been hosting issues, then other issues, and ultimately I just want my photos and video.

What's a reasonable amount of time to wait? What is my recourse if they just. . . Don't?

I feel I'm at a loss, and it's honestly breaking my heart a bit that we may not get to see any photos or videos from what was such an amazing night.
