Best July holiday destination recommendations outside Europe?

Hi all

Looking for recommendations for a 3 week holiday in July time. We absolutely love South East Asia. Already been to Japan x2, Bali x2 (so probably will avoid travelling there again too soon) and Thailand. We loved Mexico. We are holding off on South America for now (maybe a trip in the future)

Toying with the idea of travelling to Vietnam, however I've read its extremely hot, humid and in the middle of rainy season in some areas which isn't ideal. But if anyone feels that its still a reasonable destination to travel to during this time - please let me know!

Open to any other suggestions really. For context, me and my partner are fairly active, love walking, exploring as well as spas and good food. Not massively into partying so happy to give that a miss. We don't mind the idea of travelling around or island hopping.
