Planning to visit nepal in this month

* Day 1 in ktm - 1) Swayambhunth temple

2) Durbar Square

3) kumari house

4) Pashu Patinath temple

5) boudha stupa

* Day 2 in ktm - 1) Bhaktapur darbar square

2) Nayantola temple

3) changu narayan temple

* Day 3 Chandragiri hills. * Day 4 Shivapuri Nagarjun National Park * Day 5 Nagarkot.

This is my plan, we're going to stay only in Kathmandu for entire 5 days. Any changes we should do or add any places please suggest. Can i cover chabdragiri hills, Shivapuri Nagarjun National Park and nagarkot in each one day. Please let me know its my first time.
