If a clothing item is GOTS-certified organic cotton and hand made, Would you still buy it if a standard knit elastic that is fully encased in the cotton waistband so it doesn't touch your skin was used? Or is 100% plastic-free rubber elastic a requirement for you?
In the specific case that you are buying brand new clothing from a small business.
