Has Excel been garbage for other people lately, too?

I’ve used it for over a decade and just this past year, I feel like it’s having an issue at least everyday. It’s mostly with the focus switching to the wrong workbook, clicking in cells not being registered correctly, and some keyboard shortcuts just breaking randomly until I restart. Working in excel used to be a pleasure; now it annoys me at least a couple times a day. I mostly just needed to vent because wtf Microsoft?

Edit: to clarify, I’m using the Microsoft 365 version which is probably part of the problem.
