SJO Airport Costa Rica

I have several hours to blow after I land at San Jose International, thought I'd go to City Central and eat, walk, maybe do a museum. Are Ubers at the airport and in town? Are they pretty plentiful? Other transportation that is reliable and timely? Thanks in advance!
