Recommendations for a dry-skin friendly tone-up or tint? (Help a sleep-deprived student! 😭)

Ellooo! I’m looking for a "one-and-done" base product for my morning college classes. I am NOT a morning person, so I need something I can just rub on with my fingers in 30 seconds to look awake and even out my skin tone before adding a bit of blush and lip tint.

For context, I have extremely dry skin with occasional dry patches, and am looking something that can give me that natural "no-makeup" look that brightens my complexion and evens everything out. I have also recently tried the Beauty of Joseon tinted sunscreen, but I really struggled with the finish. It stayed so sticky/wet that my hair kept sticking to my face, even after applying powder.

Has anyone with dry skin found a holy grail tone-up cream with SPF or a skin tint that fits this? Preferably something I don’t have to powder afterward. I’d also prefer Asian brands since I’m based there and would love it if I could just grab it for a cheap price at a random drugstore! 😭

Thank you! (人*´∀`)。*゚+
