Contacting Agoda
I booked a property through Agoda. Got there no check in information. I tried calling the property nothing. I ended up booking another hotel around midnight after trying to contact Agoda/property owner. How do I contact them for a refund now? I am not able to call them because I am traveling full time and have data only esims. Is there an email address? I know how foolish I was booking third party now so no need to comment on that. Thanks
