How on EARTH do I cover pigmentation around my eyes?!

How on EARTH do I cover pigmentation around my eyes?!

Hi all! I’m going to restock on makeup and honestly the way the skin around my eyes look is my biggest insecurity. It took me a bit of bravery to post this ahahaha. I have deep shadows under my eyes and on my eyelids I have very visible vasculature.

Anyways, I can literally never get makeup to not look unnatural over my eyes. It either doesn’t “match” the tone below or doesn’t form a solid layer that covers it. Sometimes I try things that will be “solid” enough to cover it and I feel like the result looks cakey and just molds into the crinkles of my eyes. I’m assuming this is partially a skill issue… Are there techniques I need to try? Certain products you’d recommend? I thank you all for any help I can get lol
