How do I deal with this ?

I am a 21 F , and I had been noticing these fine lines for over 5 months.

I had used tretinoin bi weekly but now I don't.

Also, I did wear sunscreen but I might have missed it out on couple of days.

I use moisturizer regularly but it shows no improvement.

I can't really contact dermatologist as of now.

Any idea what I can do for this?
