Sunken and tired eyes

Hey i am tired of this thing whenever I stay home I get sunken and tired eyes as the day pass but whenever I am outside for 3_4 hours my eyes looks fine but whenever I stay home use phone for a little time my eyes gets sunken I literally can't focus on anything then I mean my eye look smaller than the real size plss anyone give me some answers plssss.......
