Frizzles with noodle like feathers?

Is this a Cochin frizzle thing?? Their feathers are literally like spaghetti. I have a serama frizzle as well and she has normal feathers that just curl, but these guys have string cheese feathers that curl lol. Maybe they are a Cochin frizzle and silkie mix to make a low grade woolie?? But their skin isn’t black and they only have 4 toes.
