How to make my philtrum seem shorter?

I have a long philtrum and a small upper lip and I know it looks a lot better when I over line my lips up top. However, I can’t find a really lasting lip liner that has a neutral color (that matches my natural lip shade at least close enough). I use one by Huda beauty right now but it’s a bit too red. Are there any other tricks to make my top lip taller like filler strategies or other lip liner recommendations? How did Kylie Jenner do it?? Thank you!
