This looks bad right?

So I decided to keep the skirt to try something else and my friend told me to try it out with this top I have. It’s just me or do I still look a little bit stupid? I remember in the comments you guys said no flowy on flowy and this top isn’t really floaty, but I feel like the white clashes (if that make sense). I just feel like I look iffy with this on. Does this outfit look bad? nd tell me what I can do to make the top work
