Dryer Hair Brush Recommendation

I currently use a traditional curler, and I think I'm outgrowing it.

I want to start getting that blowout look with defined loose curls. I know Dyson is the one to rule them all, but I don't want to blow that much.

I have fine and medium-thin hair. I would like a brush that blow-dries on 80% wet hair. Budget is $ 100- $ 200 CAD. Reddit, please recommend which one to get!
