Dust Stuck inside Lens???

I unfortunately am a total abuser of my lenses and after years of poor care the internal parts are dusty af. Like between multiple pieces of glass, no blowy tool or brush could possibly get in there, seems like they'd need to be taken apart for sure. Id like a deep clean of them anyway. Is there any service that offers this?? Is this possible at all? And yes the dust shows up in photos and NO it's not dust on the sensor!

Please let me know if you've heard of camera stores offering this service or if im just doomed and this was a lesson to be a better mother to my cameras.
