Family Vacation Itinerary

Hi 😊 my family will be in Panama City at the end of May for 7 days! I am building our itinerary, but hoping for a little help. For reference it will be 3 30-40yr old adults, 1 70yr old, an 8yr old & 17yr old. So far I'm thinking:

\-Casco Viejo & Cinta Costera

\-Canal

\-Sloth Sanctuary

\-Tobago Island w/ scuba diving for the teen

\-Afro Antilles Museum

Here are my hiccups:

I haven't heard great things about the sloth sanctuary, butmy 8yr old wants to see one so bad! Is there a better option?

I'm reading some not so great reviews on Toboga Island, but the travel time too & from for San Blas is just too long for us. Any other good beach options maybe 1-1.5hrs away?

We would like to do a cultural tour to Portobelo.

70th birthday-we would like to do something special that day & include a rooftop meal as well. Also, my mother won't get on a boat smaller than a ferry 🤦🏾‍♀️ so some options are limited unfortunately. Thanks for any help!! We are so excited to explore!
