Mallorca and Lisbon?

Me and two friends are debating between Lisbon or Mallorca for a 10 day trip in the summer. Factors we’re considering are beaches (quality and ideally not too packed), good nightlife such as clubs and bars, and a mix of fun and relaxing activities. We also want to travel as cheap as possible but are still considering Mallorca despite it being a bit more expensive. Thoughts?
