Self-portraits

Hello,

I did some modelling for a portrait photographer I know a few months ago. I mentioned to her that I have some portrait ideas I want to shoot (as the photographer) so asked her for a few tips.

She has since given me homework to help me out a bit and that is to do self-portraits so I can learn more about lighting and such which is a really good idea

Only issue is I have no ideas for a self-portrait concept, even just for practice.

Any tips on how I can start coming up with a concept I could do at home?
