Advice on skin

Hi. My skin has been looking really dull lately and im wondering what i can do to fix that. I have oily skin, and will break out from time to time. I just turned 18 as well. Is there anything i can do/use to fix my skin?
Graduation and prom are also coming up, so I really want to try and fix my skin by then.
