DIY Bolinao tour to famous tourist spots

Planning on doing a DIY tour to Bolinao this June, and mag-stay kami sa Sundowners. I’m worried about how to get around the famous spots without a private vehicle.

May jeep/bus po ba na puwedeng sakyan, or available ba sila hanggang hapon? Paano po if abutin kami ng gabi sa labas?

I saw that we can hire a tricycle for a day tour for around ₱1,000–₱1,300. Sulit na po ba ’yon, or puwede pa mag-haggle for a lower price?
