Best Excel/Spreadsheet App for Android in 2026?

Hi everyone,

Recently I’ve been trying to work more from my phone/tablet when outside the office, especially for quick edits, checking reports, invoices, and simple data analysis.

I noticed Android spreadsheet apps have improved a lot lately, and some now support features like:

OCR/photo to Excel
Pivot tables
Chart creation
Better compatibility with .xlsx files
Cloud sync/team sharing

At the moment I’m still testing a few apps, but I honestly haven’t found a “perfect” one yet. Some are good for viewing files, some are better for editing, while others focus more on AI/OCR features.

So I wanted to ask the community:

Which Excel/spreadsheet app are you currently using on Android?
What’s the biggest advantage/disadvantage?
Any app that actually works well for heavier Excel usage?

Would love to hear real experiences and recommendations from everyone. I think this could also help others looking for a good mobile spreadsheet workflow 👍
