White Balance Question

I am an Art & Photography teacher, in this year's exam I believe the exam board placed a trick question which I am getting mixed results from teachers a photographers which is the correct answer.

Usually the questions are worded as "which setting is most appropriate for the conditions". I believe the answer is Cloudy but a colleague thinks Flash (without the flash). Most students answered Sunny not reading the question properly.

What do you believe the answer is and why?

A photographer wants to take a portrait image outdoors on a sunny day.

Which white balance setting would give the warmest skin tone?

☐ Cloudy

☐ Tungsten

☐ Sunny

☐ Flash
