Biometrics on incoming trains to the Schengen countries

Hi everyone, I will be traveling to Croatia, Prague, and Vienna in July. Will they be taking biometrics on the train routes coming into let’s say Prague or Vienna? I will be coming in by train and departing from Serbia. Or are they just checking passports still? What’s been everyone’s experiences lately
