My inner fight about traveling

Coming from Czech republic in Europe. Im not rich by local means however I realise how extremely lucky I am for being born here and being able to travel.. However, Ive noticed that traveling brings quite a few problems for countries that ive been to. Vietnam, Indonesia, India and Peru have been my last trips where this hit me.. Sure there are people who benefit from it, which would be few bussiness owners at the place but for regular locals Id just feel like im being an extreme burden to them.. To be renting airbnbs that could have been their place to live, walking down beautiful streets full of another tourists that are indirectly stolen from locals who cant enjoy those themselves. I love seeing things that are not common to me however I feel the weight that it puts on locals and somehow it takes a little joy away from the experience for me.. I would just love to know what are your takes on this problem..
