First time solo travelling and need some help

Hi I’m from the uk and I want to solo travel for minimum a month. I’ve never solo traveled before and I want to travel to experience a bit of everything, for example nature, culture, sightseeing, honestly anything really. The debate I currently have is between interrailing Europe for around a month (France, Spain, Switzerland, Italy, Croatia, Poland, Germany, Slovenia) or I was thinking of doing a couple of months in south east Asia (Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Singapore, maybe Indonesia). So the main question here is would Asia be too hard for a first time solo traveller with the language barrier and being so far from home compared to Europe where I’m still close to home and a lot more people speak English. I would prefer to do the south east Asia trip but I don’t know if I could considering how inexperienced I am. Would Asia be that much harder or am I overthinking everything
