Can anyone identify his breed?

ID my chicken please.This is Red . I got him at TSC and he's 10 weeks old. I don't know what breed he is. I'm thinking either Rhode Island Red or Easter Egger, as I don't recall any other breeds they had that he might fit int. Also, I'm guessing by appearances that Red is a cockeral.
