what’s the best way to get soft skin?

hello!! I struggle with dry sky, ESPECIALLY on my hands, but I would really really like to achieve nice, soft skin :) but I’m unsure how to achieve that. What should I do and what products should I use to get super soft skin?? I’m tired of my hands looking scaly..
