Neutrogena Wipes & Eyelash Growth?

I started using Neutrogena fragrance -free makeup remover wipes (Target) in February. I have been noticing when I use them, my eyelashes seem to grow a bit the next morning. It's not subtle either. Has anyone else observed this?
