Pullet or Cockerel

Just wondering if anyone can tell if they are both pullet or if I have a cockerel and pullet. They are both the same age. I want to say they are 5 weeks old but I'm not 100% sure as I got them from tractor supply march 20th. Left has longer tail feathers, wattle is bigger and red, and she makes a sound all the time that sounds like a hawk. Right has shorter feathers, wattle is small and not as red.
