Chick with dislocated leg at hip joint, not ‘splay’ I think..need help..

I don’t think this is ‘splay leg’..I think it’s a dislocated leg from the hip joint. Photo was from yesterday. I need help knowing what to do for it. Vets figures are closed since it’s the weekend. Can anyone help me help this poor lil serama chick?
