Scalp Sunscreen?

Hey!
Unfortunately, I am paler than pale. Like genuinely so translucent I’ve never had somebody struggle with drawing my blood or placing and IV because you can see all my veins. As a result of this, in the warmer months I am slathered head to toe in various forms of sunscreen.

Unfortunately, a few times when I have disregarded a hat I have been pretty brutally sunburned on my scalp. It hurts, is hard to use aloe with, and peals like a banana. I am interested in scalp sunscreen, but don’t want to feel like I just have goo slathered in my hair all day. Luckily, most of the burn happens near the part of my hair and not continuously throughout, so I don’t need a product with full-scalp contact.

My concerns:

- ‘Powder’ scalp sunscreens: won’t these just make it look like you were overzealous with dry shampoo?

- ‘Liquid’ scalp sunscreens: these seem like they would leave a residue that would be uncomfortable and make you look like a greased rat.

- ‘Mist/Spray’ scalp sunscreen: possibly less residue left, but again wouldn’t these look greasy??

Please help.
- Signed, somebody who does not want to have another unconsentual scalp exfoliation this summer.
