Do I plan my airport arrival for the original time or the delayed time?

Just the title. I got an update from Delta that my flight has been delayed from a 4:15 PM departure to an 8 PM departure. So I show up for the original time? Or do I plan to show up for the delayed time?

I just wasn't sure how likely it would be to have the flight change again to something sooner, and I'd miss it.
