Call Log help - conditionally formatting pairs of rows that refer to the same event, but from reciprocal ends.

Would love any tips for this - I am not super familiar with formulas, so please forgive any gaps in my explanation.

Context: Everyone on my team can answer the phones, so we frequently get calls intended for our colleagues.

I need to log the calls, but since we’re not very tech-savvy, I know there’s a possibility that people may forget to write anything down. So I came up with the forwarded to/from columns.

If one colleague on either end of the forwarded call forgets to log it, it’s not a problem. As long as at least one person logs the call, it’s counted as one call. All I need to do is easily notice if two rows can refer to the same call.

The logic would go something like this: if there are two rows with the same date value in A, where one row’s B and C matches the other row’s D and B, respectively, then highlight both rows.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I’ll note that since our call volume is not super high, I am comfortable with just highlighting rows and not formulating a duplicate taking off 1 from the total call count - unless that’s actually easier, formula-wise, than making a conditional highlighting rule that helps me manually adjust the total.
