Last minute Bday Trip - destination TBD

I turn 34 next month and am having decision paralysis. I want to take a solo trip in June, I’m based out of ATL. I’d like to lay on a beautiful beach, snorkel, some excursions, and eat good food with good weather.

I’m torn on a destination. I can stay up to 8 days.

Portugal - they say the water will be cold, no clue where to stay. How’s the beach?

Aruba - kinda pricey right now for what feels like not enough excitement adventure

I’ve been to St Lucia, Belize and Cancun for recent birthdays. Please give me some recommendations.
