Please help I don’t know what’s wrong with my rooster!

He acted like usual and he can never really see out of that eye because his comb is always covering it. The white stuff is like a bulge and there’s pus around it. I cleaned off as much of the pus as I could but I don’t know how to treat this chicken. Please help me figure out what’s the matter!
