Repeating dates on excel spreadsheet

Hey Excel community

I have data reports to complete for work that require three times an individual dated lines and then the following date in the next three lines and so on and so forth for an entire month.
1/5/26
1/5/26
1/5/26
2/5/26
2/5/26
2/5/26

Is there a formula that I would use to repeat the date? I have attempted to Google and ChatGPT but with no success.

I don’t want to write the date 90 times
