How would you style this dress? Hair/Makeup/Jewelry

Hi! First time posting here, so I'm not sure I'm in the right place. I'm going to a Black Tie Optional wedding soon and wearing this dress. Looking for ideas and thoughts on how to style my hair for the wedding! I have long (mid back) length hair that holds curl well, I'm thinking down? And also not sure what to do about jewelry!
