What’s the most frustrating coordination problem you’ve faced during group or guided travel?

I’ve noticed that during trips people still rely heavily on WhatsApp, Google Maps, screenshots, calls, and verbal instructions to stay coordinated.

Things like:

• losing the group,
• confusion about meeting points,
• itinerary changes,
• poor communication,
• or not knowing where everyone is.
