How to keep your skin matte for a long time?

I have pretty oily skin, but with dry patches, and I'm currently working on keeping it hydrated. It's better now than it used to be, but I'm going to a warm country for vacation and I really don't want to have to keep reapplying powder all the time just so my whole face doesn't get shiny. I’ve already tried Wibo, Essence, Maybelline, and Eveline Cosmetics, but after an hour or three at most, the powder just seems to disappear and it’s back to how it was before. Can you recommend the best powder you’ve ever used that lasts longer than those brands? Price doesn’t matter, the important thing is that it stays put. Also, if you have any tips on how to make a matte finish last longer like through skincare, primers, or other methods. I’d love to read about them and try them out to see what works best for me.
